"Loving Spoonful was honoured to be the charity of choice for a fabulous Women Mean Business 5th Annual Summer Kick Off Mixer and Charity Drive.  I have never seen such an engaged, smart group of women actively connecting, networking and listening to each other.  The event was perfectly planned, from the venue at Carson House, to the music of Michelle Kasaboski, to delicious food & drinks.  Not only did Loving Spoonful make great connections and receive a lovely donation, but everyone in the room built their business network while enjoying themselves immensely.  Women Mean Business is a very well-run, dynamic organization."

Women Mean Business transformed my life.  Gaby and Josie believe in every woman in their network and those they work with.  They have never wavered in supporting me, giving me confidence, and connecting me to opportunities.  Their recognition of me as a public speaker launched my career and transformed my future.  I give Women Mean Business a huge thank you for all they do for me and their community.

As the Partnership Development Specialist for Personnel Support Programs, Canadian Forces Base Kingston I have had the opportunity to work with Gaby and Josie for just over two years. I have found the Women Mean Business Network of Eastern Ontario to be an extremely valuable resources for our organization; as it provides the opportunity for businesses to connect, do business together and continue along their path to reach their financial goals.   Gaby and Josie focus on empowering women and business owners in many areas including, but not limited to ensuring they focus on ensuring a work-life balance, business development skills,  financial awareness,  and providing many occasions for business leaders to gather to share ideas, successes and friendships.
They are great listeners and appreciate all members of their organization equally while demonstrating enthusiasm and the capacity to help others success and grow. The Women Mean Business Network of Eastern Ontario has and continues to be extremely supportive of both the Kingston Military Family Resource Centre as well as Canadian Forces Base Kingston and we are tremendously grateful for their ongoing support.  Well Done Ladies!

Our team at The Carson House had the pleasure of partnering with Women Mean Business for a 'Social Mixer' event in support of Loving Spoonful Kingston.  Not only did it provide critical exposure for my business, but it offered the perfect opportunity for our staff, and all that attended, to 'give back' to the community.   Thanks to the exceptional efforts of both Gaby and Josie, the evening was a huge success. Networking with 'Women Mean Business' has been an absolute pleasure as they are both clear in their vision - to bring bright, driven women together in the pursuit of success.  No need to travel the path alone with these gals at your side...!     With pleasure,
