Hawthorne Kitchens opened it’s doors in 1976 at 621 Justus Drive and 45 years later we are still in the same location! We are a second generation family company who has stood by the belief “question everything”, how do we offer the best quality? How can we get the best value for our customers? How do we improve service? How do we make the customer experience smoother?

We refuse to settle the for the status quo. That is why 13 years ago we decided it was time we build our own brand of cabinetry instead of buying it from others, we now have the most advanced manufacturing facility in the city. This allowed us to have control over the product and much more ability to offer better pricing for our customers.

Quartz & Granite

We decided it was time to bring this mindset into the arena of Quartz and Granite counters. Over the past few years we have built a one of a kind stone fabrication facility with state of the art technology that reduces cost and makes us much more eco-friendly. We have also utilized water jet technology which allows us to do many custom applications such as full height quartz back splash, this is powered by a self sustaining water recycling center.

Renovation Sector

We work in three main sectors, the first being our renovation sector which is our roots. We offer full service renovation packages where we take care of everything from painting and flooring to plumbing and electrical and of course cabinetry and counter installation. We act as a General Contractor and take care of as much as you would like us too, whether you want to do certain parts yourself or if you want to relax and let us take care of everything start to finish, we’ve got you covered.

We have a full on staff team of renovation professionals who can handle all parts of your project,you don’t need to have 10 different companies in your home. One company that can do it all.

We are doing more and more full apartment buildings for cabinetry and counter tops. Developers really enjoy the fact that we are able to take headaches away from them, we’re the only company who can handle both their cabinetry and counter needs.

Many end up in a situation where one company sells the cabinetry, another builds it, another installs it and then another company is needed for the counters! This all creates a messy amount of communication that they just don’t encounter with Hawthorne Kitchens.

The area of our company that has grown the most in recent years is our work with home builders and contractors. We don’t believe in a“one size fits all” approach to repeat customers. We believe in building lasting partnerships by tailoring the system to their needs.

Quality Mindset

Every builder handles their customers in their own unique way and our flexible approach is one of the reasons why our repeat customer base is always expanding. Some kitchen companies use  “builder grade” cabinets, this means that they build them to an extremely low standard with low grade materials so that they can keep costs down to get the work. We have never understood the mindset of building something that you know isn’t quality. We can hit budget targets with things such as different door materials or changing layouts but the construction and materials we use for the box never change.

‍We will never build something that we don’t stand by.
